Lingam Offerings

The 3-4 month package will lead you into a deeper journey of repatterning your nervous system; your beliefs; your associations and your social conditioning around sex.  It will provide you with a judgement free space to connect with stored trauma in your body which creates blocks to bliss within your lived experience.

This package provides deeper layers than the 2-3 month package and allows for more space to explore. It is for anyone needing support around a specific sexual issue or dysfunction, looking to heal trauma, wanting to develop healthier and more supportive relationships with yourself and others while learning how to integrate tantra, pleasure and somatic healing into their daily life. 

Includes the following:

 6 (six) – 75 minutes biweekly zoom sessions

• Setting 3 Goals for Healing and Transformation

• Intro to the 4 Pillars of Authentic Tantra and Tibetan Tantra science

• Intro to Tantric Meditation (21 Breaths and Color Breathing)

• Learn how to create Sacred Space through connection to the 5 Elements and the senses

• Intro to Tantric Connection (Pleasure Journal; Non-Violent Communication/Needs Assessment) that will provide you with the tools and vocabulary to better advocate for yourself. 

• One Elemental Meditation (Fire, Earth, Space, Air, or Water) that will help assist in healing trauma on an energetic level.  These teachings are Lineage-Based and over 17,000 years old; making them EXTREMELY potent.

• Intro to Trauma (What is trauma?  How to identify symptoms of trauma? What are the 4 Stages of healing trauma?).

• Sex education on Lingam Anatomy, the 11+ types of orgasms that Lingam owners can experience, and the 4 stages of healing trauma.

• Into to Semen Retention and becoming Multi-Orgasmic through an Orgasmic Awareness Practice that will assist in learning how to relax into pleasure thereby expanding sensation and orgasmic capacity.

• Space to process your journey and what arises as you move through.

         *To hold space for healing means to create an environment of non-violence, non-judgement, non-attachment and expectation.              It is a space of pure observation, non-confined to time. 

• One 30-minute post session check-in (30-days after last session)

Topics covered within this timeframe are based on individual needs and progression with practices outside of sessions together.
